3 tortillas

1 portion of red salsa and 1 portion of green salsa. Our suggested Salsas Carlota combinations for this dish: 


2 eggs

1/3 80 ml cup of vegetable oil


  1. Gently fry the corn tortillas in a pan, then once fried, spread them out on a plate
  2. Separately, fry the eggs in vegetable oil (make sure not to break the yolk when breaking the egg shell)
  3. Once fried, remove the eggs from the frying pan and place each on top of the fried tortillas
  4. Pour salsas abundantly over the eggs and the tortillas: one half with red sauce and the other half with green sauce


*Can be served with fried beans. Yum!
